Inquiries from potential clients are welcome, but please don’t send confidential information through this site or by email.
Why? Lawyers need to determine whether they can potentially represent someone before receiving confidential information, which assures that there is no conflict of interest between the lawyer and the potential client.
To facilitate that process, please accompany your inquiry with a very general description of your problem, and list other people who are involved. For example, if you have a personal income tax problem, list your dependents and indicate whether you filed jointly with your spouse. For a business tax problem, list other principals, such as partners, officers, directors or shareholders. For litigation matters, indicate who else is involved in the case or potential case.
After you transmit that information, Jim will get in touch with you to set up an initial consultation if he does not have a conflict of interest.
